HP 436A Power Meter is a general purpose digital power meter intended
for manual and automatic RF and microwave power measurements. It
is compatible with the entire series of HP 8480 Power Sensors.
Depending on which power sensor is used, the HP 436A can measure
power from -70 dBm (100 pW) to +44 dBm (25W) at frequencies up to 50
GHz.
This
unit has Option 022 - HP-IB (IEEE-488) programmability. This
interface allows full remote control of all power meter functions.

The LeCroy 9101 Arbitrary Function Generator is a high performance ATE or
benchtop instrument which can generate either standard or user-defined
complex waveforms with unparalleled point-to-point resolution. It
is fully programmable via either GPIB or RS-232. Waveform
creation and editing software (not included) can be run on PC-DOS
compatible computers. This unit has local control ONLY through
use of the optional 9100/CP control panel (not included).
LeCroy
model 9101 is a single channel version of the LeCroy 9100 Dual Channel
Arbitrary Function Generator and is, in most respects, compatible with
it. This means that dual channel waveform files may be stored in
a 9101 and run, even though only channel 1 will be generated.
Similarly, setup files containing channel 2 setup may be run.
The
Model 9101 has been designed to operate from either a 115 V or 220V
nominal power source. On the rear panel of the instrument, a
switch permits user selection of either voltage.
SPECIFICATIONS:
DC Accuracy is 1.0% of level or 1.0% of Full Scale amplitude or 20 mV (whichever is greater).
Resolution: 8 bits (256 levels).
Standard Functions (Waveforms - Frequency Resolution: 0.035% for all waveforms)
Sinewave - Frequency Range: 0.01 Hz to 25 MHz
Squarewave - Frequency Range: 0.01 to 100 MHz.
Triangle - Frequency Range: 0.01 Hz to 25 MHz. Linearity +/-1%
Pulse - Period: 40 nsec to 10 sec; Width - variable, 5 nsec to 10 sec; Orientation: selectable, positive or negative going.
Ramp - Period: 40 nsec to 100 sec; Linearity: +/- 1%; Orientation: selectable, positive or negative going.
DC - Generates a DC level, the value of which is the offset level. Accuracy is the greater of 1% or 20 mV.
This
unit passes Self Test, but has not been fully tested due to the lack of
a 9100/CP Control Panel, and is being sold as-is, but guaranteed to not
be DOA.
